The Love That Sets Your Heart On Sail

Love!, Love!!, Love!!!. One of the most widely used words in the dictionary and yet the most misconstrued word as well. Have you ever “felt” loved before? You know what I mean; that kind of love that sends shivers down your spine or releases a swarm of butterflies in your stomach?

There exists different shades of love but permit me to introduce to you one kind of love that’s the master of all other kinds of love. This is the only kind of love without shade, it’s real and authentic. It’s called “AGAPE”. This kind of love doesn’t exist by feelings. It never fades out because it’s not subject to your feelings or emotions, a heart-warming experience that comes from the originator of this love itself “God”. Embracing this kind of love is the best thing that will ever happen to you. There’s nothing as comforting to know God loves you so much that He gave up his all(Jesus) for you{Jhn3:16} and He’s still crazy about you and will forever be {Jer31:3}. This kind of love is in every way special than any other type of love because it will;

• Calm your fears
• Brighten your dark moments
• Turn your nights into morning
• Give you a glimpse of hope in times of doubt
• Lighten your burdens
• Strengthen you in your weakest moments
• Enlarges your heart to reach out to others with so much compassion
• Keeps your heart tender
• Keeps you beautiful inside-out
• Set  your ship(heart) on sail to a safe destination

Your feelings cannot birth this kind of love nor even sustain it. It’s the experience your heart has been longing for, it’s got no time limit and you can never exhaust it. So what are you waiting for? Run into the safe arms of your heavenly Father’s Love today. He’s waiting for YOU!!!

The Light has come!

Dearest Lighted Heart,

I welcome you warmly to a season of great light, depth and insight via the lens of God's written and spoken word. This blog is long overdue and I tender my unreserved apology for taking this long. It is finally here. Glory!

The blog is a vision God had laid on my heart for a couple of years now and I believe the time has come to take that bold step. He calls the shot and my duty is to obey. He gave me the theme "Lighted hearts". This is a platform where God is set to take you on an insightful journey into getting clarity concerning issues of the heart. This reminds me of one of my favourite; "The heart of the matter is the matter of the heart".  Yes it is truly.

There is something about a heart that gets lightened in the darkest places, clarity in times of confusion and foresight to take that bold step. This is only what God can do for you and I. He stated this promise clearly in his word;

"I will bring the blind by a way they did not know, I will lead them in paths they have not known,

  I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These things I will do for them and not forsake them"~ Isaiah 42:16

Sometimes we do feel stuck on life's journey, we make so many detours, meet with so many obstacles on the way and perhaps just feel like you should just become invisible. This is part of the journey but it's not the end. Life doesn't have to be all about hard knocks, there's a

beautiful and peaceful side to life when you choose to walk in the light of God's love. 

"Truly light is sweet, and it is pleasant to behold the sun"  Ecc 11:7. Light makes all the difference. You can't stumble when your vision is clear. Stumbling happens only in the dark.

I am so expectant about what God is set to do via this platform. I believe I will be blessed from this experience. I expect to be changed, transformed and fully equipped to soar from one height to another. Love is sharing and this the reason I am inviting you on this journey too.
